EventDesk is an analysis tool, not investment, betting, or trading advice. EventDesk does not accept bets, route orders, execute trades, custody funds, or operate as a sportsbook, exchange, broker, or wallet.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 where required by local law) to use EventDesk.

2. What we do

We provide an AI analyst that explains event markets, compares prices, generates counter-theses, and helps you track decisions. We do not advise you to take any specific action.

3. What we don't do

• We do not accept or place bets
• We do not route trades to any platform
• We do not custody or hold any funds on your behalf
• We do not provide individualized investment advice

4. Forbidden representations

Our analyst will never tell you something is "guaranteed", a "lock", "risk-free", or "free money". If you encounter such language, please report it via the dashboard.

5. Geographic restrictions

Some data sources (such as Kalshi and Polymarket) have geographic restrictions. We display their data to you with attribution and flags where their products may not be available in your jurisdiction.
