What we collect

• Your Telegram user ID, username, and language preference
• Messages you send to our bot in direct messages (DMs)
• Country and state for geo-restricted data sources
• Journal entries, watchlists, and alert preferences you create
• Stripe customer ID and subscription status if you upgrade

Group messages

When you add Eve to a Telegram group, by default it only processes messages that mention markets, players, teams, or contain market URLs. Full-message ingestion is opt-in by the group admin, with per-member notice.

Any group member can send /optout to Eve in a DM to exclude their messages from extraction in every group they share with Eve. Group admins cannot override an individual member's opt-out.

Retention

• AI-generated summaries and extracted claims: retained while your account is active
• Raw group messages: discarded after extraction by default; up to 30 days with admin opt-in
• Market quote history: retained indefinitely (required for analytics)
• If you delete your account, all your data is purged within 30 days

How to delete your data

DM /delete-me to Eve. Your account and all data are removed within 30 days.
